Terry Maddison Obituary, Death – The staff here at LBS was shocked and saddened to learn over the weekend that two wonderful friends, Terry Maddison and Ken Westerby, had passed away. Terry was the type of man who didn’t waste anyone’s time, didn’t beat around the bush, and didn’t hold back when it came to expressing his thoughts and opinions.
He maintained a positive attitude at all times and never allowed anything to deter him from carrying out the plans he had set for himself. He would frequently chat about his children and grandchildren, as well as his boyhood and his job as a builder, and he would tell us stories. Terry was fast to assist anyone who required his assistance, and the guidance he provided was beneficial to all of us at some point.
He was a wonderful friend to everyone who worked here, and we will all feel a deep sense of loss with his passing. We knew Kenny for his work as a joiner in addition to his prominence in the community as a result of his accomplishments in the sport of local football. He would frequently stop by for his supplies, and when he was there, he would chat with the guys over a cup of coffee and talk about football.
We are all going to miss the good times and laughs we have had with him. During this difficult time, we would like to express our condolences to Terry’s and Kenny’s friends and family as well as anyone else who knew either of them.
