Raymond Kidd Obituary, Death- Raymond Kidd was a cherished son, father, partner, and friend, and his departure is causing us all great sorrow. On September 11, 1967, Raymond joined the world in the sleepy Mississippi community of Minter City. He left us on October 20, 2023, and his absence is indescribable. Raymond was a fantastic person who was loved by anyone who met him because of his kindness and humility. He was a rock of reliability for his loved ones and the lucky people who crossed his life.
For seven years, he made his home in Coffeyville, Kansas, where he brought peace and stability to the locals. Raymond spent five years as a professional truck driver since he loved his job so much. His enthusiasm and perseverance on the job shone through most clearly when he was driving his lorry. Beyond his professional endeavors, Raymond had a profound love for music and enjoyed playing with DJ equipment. Sharing these experiences with his cherished daughter, Chanel, brought him much happiness and laughter.
Family was of essential significance to Raymond, and he enjoyed moments spent with his loved ones. Raymond’s warmth and presence were felt by all, whether they were lounging by the pool, reminiscing at special family occasions, or setting out on exciting adventures. We can never get back what we’ve already had, as Helen Keller put it. Everything we truly cherish ends up being a part of who we are. Those whose lives Raymond touched will forever be inspired by the love, humility, and support he left behind.
Candi Kidd, his partner of many years, and his children Brayden Kindhart, Chanel Kidd, Raymond Kidd, Tracey Kidd, and Gail Carter all survive him. Both Raymond’s mother and grandmother, Barbra Kidd and Rosielee Harris Kidd, passed away before him. On Sunday, November 4th, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., friends and family of Raymond are invited to a memorial gathering at the Crowbar in Independence, Iowa. We want everyone who knew Raymond to come and celebrate the lifelong influence he had on us.
Please feel free to post images and stories about Raymond on his memorial page to honor the life he lived and the impact he had on all of us. Even though Raymond has passed on, we shall always carry his memory with us. His selfless devotion, modesty, and unwavering encouragement will continue to inspire us. Raymond will be forever present in our hearts and minds, a treasured memory that will never fade.
