Monica Villareal Obituary, Death- It is with great sadness that we share the news of the untimely demise of Monica Villareal, a woman from Coachella who was 51 years old and who sadly lost her life in a vehicle accident on the evening of November. Our thoughts go out to Monica’s family and friends. At the intersection of Portola Avenue and Fred Waring Drive in Palm Desert, a Nissan Sentra driven by Monica was involved in a fatal collision with a Dodge van. The accident claimed Monica’s life.
The event took place at 9:46 p.m., and it prompted deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department to respond immediately to a complaint of a collision involving two vehicles. In spite of the prompt medical assistance that was offered, Monica was taken to a nearby hospital, where, sadly, it was determined that she had passed away. The Riverside County Coroner’s Office was able to determine that Monica Villareal was the only person inside of the Nissan Sentra when it crashed.
The authorities have determined that alcohol and narcotics did not play a role in the accident, and the preliminary investigation found that Monica’s vehicle ran a red light at the intersection, which led to a terrible collision with the Dodge van. As someone who was recognized for her warmth, kindness, and dynamic energy, Monica leaves behind a community that is in mourning after her passing. Her premature passing has left an indelible impact on the hearts of those who knew and cared about her in the Coachella community; she was a much-loved member of the Coachella community.
