Michael Kibblewhite Obituary, Death – Michael Kibblewhite was not only a founding member of Coro 94 but also served as our Music Director. On top of all of those responsibilities, he was a fantastic friend to each and every one of us. Everyone in the Coro 94 family is deeply saddened to have to break the news to you that he has passed away; yet, they believe it is their duty to do so.
Michael was a mentor, a teacher, and a friend to many of us throughout the better part of our lives, and we think of him as a member of our extended family because of all of these things. Michael passed away not too long ago. It is hardly possible to overstate the magnitude of his impact on the lives of such a diverse assortment of individuals as there are so many of them.
Before making any choices concerning our upcoming Christmas show and any other events that are connected to it, we kindly ask that you give us some time to deliberate on the situation first. We would ask that you give us some time to reflect before making any choices regarding our upcoming Christmas concert in light of the horrible information that has just come to light. In the meantime, we are going to take some time to celebrate, remember, and honor a great person who has brought music and joy into the lives of a large number of people. We hope that you will join us. We shall miss having him around.
