Josue Saez Obituary, Death – According to multiple releases made by the Swatara Township police, Francisco Hernandez-Hernandez, most recently of Steelton, has been arrested for allegedly shooting his roommate Josue Saez, who is 39 years old. This information was provided by the police. At approximately 10:24 p.m. on November 4, law enforcement officers were dispatched to the apartments located in the 300 block of North Harrisburg Street due to reports of a shooting taking place there.

According to the police, Saez was discovered dead at the scene, and a second man was also discovered with injuries that were not considered to be life-threatening; the second man was then transported to a nearby hospital. According to those who are close to him, Josue Saez, also known as ROC, served as a Correctional Sergeant at SCI Camp Hill for a significant amount of time.

The members of Saez’s community have been expressing their sorrow on various social media platforms and asking for prayers for his family. According to the court docket for his case, the Magistrate District Judge Paul T. Zozos who presided over his preliminary arraignment on November 5 at 9:12 a.m. ruled against him being granted bail. On November 6th, his criminal record was flagged as being relevant for “immigration naturalization.”
