Jared Wilson was reared in Cross Plains by his cherished grandparents, Cecil and Naoma Wilson, who was born on March 28, 1983, in Abilene. Jared was born in Abilene. After attending Brownwood and Cross Plains, Jared received his diploma from the Cross Plains High School in the year 2001.
On May 28, 2005, he was united in matrimony to Kadie Elizabeth Bullion. They have four wonderful children, whose names are J.D., Jack, Ella, and Izzy, and they live in Early. Jared, even as a child, understood the importance of toiling away, and he continued this pattern throughout his life. He worked in the oil industry for a total of 22 years, serving drillers from West Texas to the Gulf of Mexico in that time.
The most recent position he had was that of Odessa Directional Driller for Phoenix Drilling. Jared was devoted to his family and always looked out for them. He enjoyed everything from giggling and smoking meat to listening to music and laughing. His cooking style was a direct reflection of his enthusiasm for barbecue. Brothers Smoke was his means of subsistence.
Jared is survived by the woman he has been married to for the past 19 years, Kadie, as well as their children Jaden Dakota, Jackson Creed, Ella Jaede, and Isabella Kate of Early, as well as his cherished Nanny.
