Grover Robertson Obituary, Death – Dear Friends and Family on Facebook, Today, the Lord extended a warm welcome to a newly joined angel in His flock. Today, November 6, Grover “Robbie” Robertson returned to his heavenly home to live with the Lord. Robbie was born in the year 1932 in Guilford County, North Carolina.

He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Velma Kenan Robertson, as well as his four children, the eldest of whom is known as Jimmy (Cay) Robertson. Vicki (Dale) Scott, Ann (Skeeter) Thomas, and Teresa (Larry) Good are the three women. It was his son Keith who passed away before him. He had a total of 16 great-grandchildren in addition to his 14 grandchildren.

Robbie was in the United States Air Force for a number of years and is currently a member of Triad Cowboy Church. Robbie is now enjoying his retirement after working for J.H. Williams Oil Co. in Tampa, Florida. Before moving back to Greensboro (Guilford County), he had spent the previous 45 years in Tampa, which is where he began his career in the woodworking and farming industries. The family would like to express their gratitude to everyone who has stopped by, prayed, and offered food at this difficult time.

Lexington, NC 27292 Archdale, NC 27292 On Sunday, November 12, a Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at the Triad Cowboy Church located at 6805 Muddy Creek Road in Archdale, North Carolina 27292. Visitation from 1:00 to 1:45, followed by the service at 2:00
