In 1964, Frank became a licensed pharmacist, marking the beginning of a lifelong dedication to the area of pharmacy that would leave a lasting impression. In 1997, Frank made the shift from practicing pharmacy to working as a compliance agent for the Board of Pharmacy, where he could continue to pursue his interest in protecting the credibility of the pharmaceutical industry.

Frank worked tirelessly and devotedly to the profession for many years before being promoted to executive director in 2009. During his amazing tenure as Executive Director, Frank steered the Board through a period of rapid change with elegance, poise, and an unmatched commitment to excellence. His lasting impact on the company is a tribute to the innovative leadership he displayed. One of Frank’s many successes was coordinating the smooth transition to a larger office, which increased the Board’s flexibility in the face of change.
