Donn Obituary, Death- Hello Everyone, It is with profound sadness that I, Donn’s daughter, Lauren, share the heartbreaking news of my father’s passing on the night of November 1st. My mother, Earlene, and I were by his side, ensuring his comfort and surrounding him with love as he peacefully left this world. Although we are devastated by his loss, we take solace in knowing that he is now at peace.
For those of you who knew my dad, you’ll remember his unwavering fondness for Facebook. Despite my mother’s teasing about him “always being on that phone,” Dad cherished this platform for its unique ability to forge and nurture friendships and establish meaningful connections with all of you. It was, after all, the perfect arena for him to indulge in his passions: spirited discussions on politics and his undying love for baseball. Thus, it only seems fitting that we share this news with all of you here first.
We are currently working on finalizing the details for the funeral and viewing arrangements. We anticipate sharing this information within the next day or so. To my mother and me, Donn was our shining light and our unwavering anchor. His presence was truly irreplaceable, and there will never be another person quite like him.
