Carol Milmine Obituary, Shiawassee Council On Aging Mourns The Death Of Member

Carol Milmine Obituary, Death –  We are saddened to hear about Carol Milmine’s demise and want to offer our sincerest sympathies to you and your family. It is with great regret that we must inform you of this latest development.
Carol was a cherished friend and a directing force for all of us, and she would have celebrated her tenth anniversary as a member of the center in the year 2024 had she continued to be a part of it.

She would always repeat phrases such as “I knew that when I retired I was going to make this my advocation.” And in point of fact, she had. When Carol worked at the center, she made it her purpose to bring together various members of the community. She exerted a lot of effort to create a hub in which everyone would feel as though they belonged.

Carol kept her vow to advocate for the senior center and the individuals who utilized it by visiting the center once a week and spending several hours there. While she was there, she would welcome newcomers, engage in conversation with regulars, and fulfill her promise to do so.

Everyone will grieve her passing in their own unique ways. We are sorry to inform you that we do not have any information regarding the memorial service or celebration of life that we can share with you at this time; however, rest assured that we will make it a point to provide it to you as soon as we do obtain it. “To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die.” The Respected Sir or Madam The name Thomas Colgan
